This policy explains how Voxira Technologies, L.L.C. ("Voxira", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit voxira.co, contact us, or work with us. We keep it short on purpose: we collect little, and we never sell it.

What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), project type, budget range (optional) and the project description you write.
- Project brief (/start): your name, email address and the project goal, and anything else you choose to answer: phone or WhatsApp number, company and website, preferred contact method, the project type, features, pages, languages, integrations, design and content preferences, technical setup, budget range, timeline, deadline and notes.
- Email and WhatsApp: your email address or phone number, your name as you sign it, and the content of your messages and any files you send.
- Clients: the business contact details, billing details and project information needed to agree, deliver and invoice the work.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: like any web server, ours records the IP address, browser type, page requested, referring page and time of each request. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and they are deleted on a rolling basis.
- Browser storage: the site remembers your light or dark theme choice and whether you have already seen the opening animation in this session, and keeps an unsent project brief as a draft until you send it. This stays in your browser and is never sent to us unless you send the brief. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To answer you and prepare a proposal: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- To deliver and support the work: performance of our contract with you or your company.
- To invoice, take payments and keep accounting records: performance of the contract and our legal obligations.
- To keep the site and our systems secure: our legitimate interest in protecting them.
We do not send marketing emails, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it for us
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the business:
- Our enquiry system, hosted on our own servers at api.kero-dev.tech, stores contact-form submissions and emails them to our team. With each submission it records the IP address, browser type and referring page, to protect the form from abuse.
- Lead review tools: to sort genuine enquiries from spam, the enquiry system may check your email address and company with Apollo.io or Hunter.io, and may ask Anthropic's Claude AI to assess whether the enquiry comes from a real person. These checks run only when we have switched them on, and their results are used only to decide how we reply to you.
- Our email and messaging providers (including WhatsApp, operated by Meta, when you message us there) store and transmit our correspondence.
- Stripe, Inc. processes online payments. Stripe receives your card or bank details directly; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider runs the servers that serve this site and keep its logs.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public. If Voxira is ever reorganised or sold, the information would pass to the successor under this policy. We never sell personal information or share it for advertising.
International transfers
Voxira is registered in the USA and operated from Egypt, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred, we rely on our providers' recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client project records and correspondence: for the length of the relationship and up to 3 years after.
- Invoices and accounting records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, normally 7 years.
- Server logs: a short rolling period, normally no longer than 90 days.
How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to our inbox, files and systems is limited to the people who need it and protected with strong authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to keep your information safe, and we will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you gave. To use any of these rights, email hello@voxira.co. We will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
EEA and UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to ask us to delete or correct it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
Children
Our services are for businesses. The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including our founder's projects and profiles. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
